Was optimistic based on the reviews and proximity to me, but have to give one star or less. Called for an estimate and they flat out didnt even bother helping!!!!!!!! "Blahh Blahh Blahh Blahh" (could not even understand what they were saying) then they just hung up. What a crappy attitude and shop go somewhere else!!!
I had an oil change here and instead of telling me about a dozen things that needed to be repaired, they actually told me my car was in excellent shape and didn't need any maintenance at that time. Very friendly and honest people.
REPLY to REPLY: This is not the 1st time, my wife had a similar experience at your Clarksville location this was after a referral. We chalked that up to being a different location because after we told the experience we had to the person who gave us the referral he said he meant this location. Two bad experiences in a row not a good track record
